Ameril Umbra Kato

Ameril Umbra Kato (* 1946)^[1] is the founder of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) a group which seceded from Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF). Umbra Kato is Philippine's most wanted man though due to his still official membership in the MILF he is not hunted by the military.^[2]
